What is the return policy?

Because our body butters are applied directly to the skin, they cannot be resold or restocked once opened or handled. This creates a risk of contamination and compromises product safety. For this reason, all purchases are final sale to protect the integrity and hygiene of our products.

When will I get my order?

Nouriti operates on a pre-order model to ensure each batch is freshly crafted.

Here’s how our production cycle works:

  • Pre-orders are open for two weeks (or until sold out).
  • Orders ship on the 15th day of the window. When a batch sells out early, dispatch may occur sooner.
  • Pre-orders reopen again two weeks later, and the cycle continues.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Nouriti products are made in small, fresh batches in the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold, check the banner at the top of our site for current offers.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During the festive season, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased courier volumes. Our pre-order schedule remains the same, with batches shipping on the 15th day of each window.

For Christmas delivery:

  • UK orders from our first pre-order window (21 Nov – 5 Dec) will arrive before Christmas.
  • UK orders from the second window (5 Dec – 19 Dec) will ship before Christmas, but arrival depends on courier timelines and seasonal delays.
  • International orders placed after early December may arrive after the holiday period.

We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible. A tracking link will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
