Nouriti Pumpkin Spice Lattte

  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree (tinned if you can get or use butternut mash, not too watery)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • 1ml All Spice
  • 1ml Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Shot of Espresso (we use FATHER COFFEE)


Whisk all ingredients together, simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour through a fine tea strainer, return to pain, bring back to simmer and add the espresso while whisking briskly.
Top with whipped cream & a sprinkly of cinnamon.
